Sharks on Thursday's

I hoping to "break my duck" by visiting Sharks next month as opposed to Artemis where I usually go.

If I get to Sharks it may well be on a Thursday (19th to be precise) so I'm particularly interested in the "Sauna Event" every Thursday which is mentioned on their website without giving any details.

Can anyone advise what this Thursday "event" is exactly ?? My mind has gone into overdrive !!!

A guy hops into the sauna and has infusions, a fan and other assorted equipment for a kind of sauna on steroid.

Cool and all, but probably not the mind blowing stuff you had in mind. Fun though, very invigorating.
