External Link/Members Only Location - Hayes (West London) near Sainsbury’s. 11am booked for 1 hour £80/70
Booked for a morning appointment. All agreed by text the day before and when I got there the day after there was no response when I called. Waited 15 mins and nothing even after I left an angry text. Messaged back 30 mins after confirmed booking saying sorry I just woke up and had a late night, basically trying to butter me up and saying booking is possible at 12. By this time I had long gone and had no intentention of waiting around indefinitely. Offered a discount of £10 for a rebook.
I was going to be around the area a week later so tried my luck again. Booking confirmed once again and when I got there no response once again and didn’t hear anything after. Left a text message giving a piece of my mind.
Only decent thing was I had arranged this as a sideline to some errands I had to run in Hayes so I was expecting the same sort of behaviour and I got a nice early start with them. This outfit is just a joke and I’d avoid but hey ho you might get better luck than me.
