Different person, but I powerlift and have been through a ton of different vitamins/pre-workouts/supplements.

End of the day I have settled on, and found the most use out of just a good multivitamins (high Vitamin D content) and Fish Oil. I personally use Adam Now or Opti-men. I feel it's important to point out that none are a substitute for a balanced diet, but are good in addition to.

Well, off and on for years. 5 or 6 years. I've always been the same when it comes to getting wood... Well for 15+ years.
It's why I've kinda concluded that too much extreme porn for too long has messed me up. I don't watch porn anymore.

I suppose I try harder at certain times but I've always excerised and ate well.

I suppose new things I've taken on board of late are vitimens and drinking a proper amount of water.
I rebooted in Jan (no porn, no sex, no masturbation for a couple of months) and things have improved slightly since but still very hit and miss.

l-Arginine also has good transdermal properties so you can use it as a cream or capsules or just dissolve the loose powdered form in some water, which works out cheap and fairly easy to do. (The regimen seems to be 5 or 6 g a day (not mgs) and then just an hour or so before sex. The evidence suggests it works even better if combined with citrulline (citrulline converts into l-arginine in your body and also produces nitric oxide, as does viagra).

There’s no guarantee with it, same as viagra, but something you might like to look into.

The point I was going to post for those already using the powdered form is this, that the taste is a bit shite but the rotten flavour is miraculously neutralised by a few drops of lemon juice (it’s the citric acid in the lemon juice that does it, so even the bottled stuff is ok).

The usefulness of the above study is that it shows a clear rationale on how l-arginine can work (and it works basically if your arginine is low — if there’s some other problem causing viagra etc to have no effect it might well not help).

I’d also suggest you may need to take it daily for a while first. Studies quite 10 or 14 days I think (I quoted them somewhere) but a few days may be enough. After that as and when — assuming you punt etc reasonably regularly.

It opens up the pathways in your body that the bluey uses. For some reason the addition of citrulline (which is in a way more or less the same thing) increases the effectiveness of simple l-arginine.  i.e. citrulline malate or l-citrulline.)

Vitamin D is linked with testosterone and low levels are linked with impotency.

So just take 1000ud a day without fail and that will help.

Vitamin D3 - added the bulkpowders 5000ui to my mutivitamins and after a couple of weeks, I'm definitely 'fuller' when hard.

Went to  a Chinese pharmacy and was offered ‘Chinese viagra’, red and black capsule to provide a one off solution. It worked. For what it is worth, the things that have helped me keep going at 83 are:

I walk briskly for 3 to 6 hours a week. Don't drive or take transport if I can walk.

Also have a set of 7 isometric/isotonic exercises I do twice a week. 20 of each  - press-ups, crunches etc.

I take Cialis. I don't actually think it does more than excite me when I see a woman.

I wish I could say all this has brought back the fountain of youth, but the most it has done is allow me three goes a week.

Some good practical tips that any man can incorporate. I would definitely advocate good sleep, wanking ban, and intensive training with weights. Don't overdo the training but keep it short sharp intense and have rest days. But once all conditions are in place not only do you feel better I noticed there are benefits down below. Erections are better, rapid and strong. I had noticed even after a week of no wanking and training, I'm getting morning wood like a teenager. Even unwanted erections stirring when  I dont want this to happen. Upshot is there is not one switch but its a seriesbit of things. I'd recommend this as its quick, cheap, natural and hassle free

You shouldn’t be taking Testogel unless properly prescribed by an Andrologist or Endocrinologist and had your testosterone levels (serum, free calculated), free androgen index levels and PSA tested.  There are are also other factors to consider including side effects.  Additionally the only way you may/will see a change is if it is applied daily over a period of time.

Best to speak with your GP if you have a concern over testosterone levels and progress it from there.

This had been an issue for me to address as well. *  I realised more obviously then how much I must have accustomed myself to my own hand, and porn.

*   stopped all porn video and playing with myself.

*  So I'm just enjoying the process of sort of "re wiring" myself to real women and the sensation of them which was actually subtle at first in my experience since only being wired to my hand and porn and whatever rush that gives, but something I will enjoy more, and more than I did with porn as I wire to it.
