Just a thought...

Some of these suppliers names are confusingly similar when you try to remember them. Bulk Powders seem kosher; but here’s an example of a similarly named supplier ripping people off (in the example below, on ginkgo, another so-called fuck booster (whether it works or not, it’s not likely to if you’re just buying chalk!)

I’m pleased we generally manage to get a balance when discussing these things. Arginine’s generally safe & good for you, given the cautions about meds and existing conditions that have been noted. A point  missed though is that for anyone with a tendency to cold sores or the dreaded herpes, large doses are best discontinued (you can find plenty of articles online on this but the published papers in medical literature, and the arginine-lysine balance, were too cumbersome to link).

Arginine doesn’t cause cold sores but apparently it’s necessary for them to grow. So if you get cold sores a lot it’s maybe better not to super-supplement with l-arginine. (With or without the ‘L’ — and the former just means it’s a form that’s easy to absorb).

Had a whole medium size bag pistachio nuts night before.

I don't know. Maybe there's some reason to keep arginine and citruline in balance, such as regenerating arginine from the urea cycle. A biochemist might have some insight, otherwise, it would be easy enough to try Arginine alone at double the dose and see if it works just as well. I haven't heard of the other two supplements, but it seems like the most core components would be arginine, citruline, and maybe ornithine. But AC seems to be the most common, and probably the best starting place and then tweaking the formula if the results were not adequate.

Phosphatidylcholine is just another source of choline which is turned into acetylcholine in the brain. Might help alertness or sport and has some other features but not sure why you’d take it. Citicoline would be faster absorbed. Pantothenic acid is just the fancy name for vitamin B5.

I think I would modify my earlier comment on l-arginine as a regular or one off. Although it has a short halflife the studies over a period of time maybe suggest it has an effect from repeated dosaging; same with the cream which, interestingly, also contains carnitine.

This has been a fascinating thread, thanks to the OP and everyone else for the information you've put out. No doubt it will be useful to many. I had some minor problems a while back when I was in my late 20's.I could get hard enough to have sex but I knew I was far from my best form. I took Viagra and it helped a bit, mainly with getting me back up to 2 pops. However, I felt it only just about did the job. The second time I had problems was worse. I could just about get hard enough to have sex but I could not maintain it very long without starting to go soft. Also felt I  was not getting up to my full length and girth either. Sex began to feel like a race against time. I got a prescription for Tadalafil. It worked like a dream. In the last year I've started exercising way more (even just walking more daily. 30 mins a day) and taking Vitamin D supplements and it's helped massively and of course focus on your diet and stop eating shit fast/processed food and you will see results.

Look into these things before worrying about wanking and porn in my experience.

But exercise is the big one!

Really good point. As I understand it, vitamin D deficiency is quite common. A couple of eggs in the morning should get you up to baseline but careful supplements can be good idea too.

If you can get by the D3 form this is generally better.  :hi:

They recommend 1000iu a day, so I always take a tablet a day after food in the morning to curb any side effects.

Just to note, I had low levels of vitamin D confirmed by a blood test so I guess for some of my erection issues were linked to vitamin D.

Quick update after having met my SB last evening.

2 weeks back I started on 1 tab a day of L-Arginine/Citrulline complex from best naturals. Definitely noticed a small improvement in the gym and energy levels.

Met my SB yday. Popped a 50mg viagra along with 1 C/A tab. Had two rounds of bloody hot sex in quick succession - the second round would have not happened to quickly if it wasnt for viagra.

Then 3 glasses of wine each a few hours later and 2 more pops...a bit more belaboured.

Finally a furtive early morning shag half asleep making it 5 pops in around 12 hours!  Think I last delivered this performance when I was 25.

What does make it a bit tough is that the SB is incredibly tight/there's an odd angle of penetration. Getting in initially on natural lubrication is tough, but once in, it is a dream. Both of us hate artifical lubes so we wont consider it.

So for the 5 pops we had atleast 8-9 attempts even with her literally swimming in her wetness. And her having to guide me in meant I often lost wood if her hand was there for too long, guiding me in.  Not ideal, but hey ho, still shagged 5 times :-). The dick's a bit sore and balls are well drained but I can still feel the familiar stirring as I write this.

Tldr: the formula of C+A combined with a 50mg viagra tab helped me deliver 5 pops in 12 hours. Thanks for the advice

I’ve just been looking through a very long summary of vitamin D research and it’s quite complex. However a couple of things stand out. 4,000 iu as an upper recommended safe limit. Many people are vitamin D deficient. Very obese or very elderly people need a little more. Importantly, it should be taken with your main meal of the day (as absorption rates differ dramatically if the meal doesn’t contain enough fat.) Works well with magnesium supplements. Oh ... and if you take a large daily dose, better to come off it gradually than stop suddenly.

"Regular sun exposure is the most natural way to get enough vitamin D. To maintain healthy blood levels, aim to get 10–30 minutes of midday sunlight, several times per week. People with darker skin may need a little more than this. Your exposure time should depend on how sensitive your skin is to sunlight."

The only thing with our climate is whether we get what is deemed to be enough sun I suppose. There are always Vitamin D tablets of course.

In Scotland it can be quite cold so everyone rushes out into the street if we get a sunny day.

The meteorological office always warns us to wear a hat in case of sunburn.

Some good practical tips that any man can incorporate. I would definitely advocate good sleep, wanking ban, and intensive training with weights. Don't overdo the training but keep it short sharp intense and have rest days. But once all conditions are in place not only do you feel better I noticed there are benefits down below. Erections are better, rapid and strong. I had noticed even after a week of no wanking and training, I'm getting morning wood like a teenager. Even unwanted erections stirring when  I dont want this to happen. Upshot is there is not one switch but its a seriesbit of things. I'd recommend this as its quick, cheap, natural and hassle free
