Green circles on KSG Didsbury rota?

Can anyone explain what the green circles against the names on the KSG Didsbury rota mean?

I thought it was meant to indicate who was on the rota on that day but there are often more than 3 circles when there are only 3 ladies on the rota.

Yeah i've noticed the circles for the girls working that day but as you say there are often more than 3, I haven't actually cross checked the rota but wondered if it was also the girls working on the following day?

Tyler is 'green circle' today but not working today or tomorrow.

I asked when I phoned up earlier,but never got a definitive answer.

Just phoned up again,and the receptionist didn't know,apparently someone else deals with the site.

They sort out there Rotas every Monday for the week.

I think it's whoever's on shift that day,plus a standby.

If I'm correct Skye,Lilly and Leanne will have the green circles by there name tomorrow plus a standby.
