I took some time to think over events before posting this and considered the apologies and offer given at the time, but I was left with no confidence that the situation would be rectified.

I have been punting on and off for a number of years and during that time have had cancellations (thankfully in good time) and also a couple of timewasters but as I keep to an area the effects of them were probably minimal.

This was my first venture further afield.

Contacted NaughtyNottsNympho (Jessica) to make an advance booking within the first few days of a month suggesting a range of possible days towards the end of the month. A date was agreed along with two activities offered on the profile. An AW booking was offered but the offer did not receive a response.

The date was later cancelled in good time and a new date offered. An AW booking for the second date was made, was read but not scheduled.

Left comms for over 10 days.

Contacted Jessica 5 days before the new date for confirmation. Jessica replied the day before booking with txt confirmation and postcode. No change to the AW booking status though.

On the day, sent early morning txt to give time of setting off and that I would be there at the agreed time. Jessica replied with comment about set off time and that I must be travelling a distance.

Arrived at postcode in good time, found somewhere to park (time limited, there is a lot of “permit only” parking in the area).

20 mins before booking time received a txt, all apologetic to say she had fallen asleep and needed some time to get herself ready. I suggested a short period but she requested an extra hour. Annoyed, but agreed even though this gave problems, what to do wasting time in a nondescript area of a city I don’t know and having to move car as that would now mess up the parking time limit. Drove aimlessly for a couple of miles until parked up at a supermarket.

25 mins before revised time received further apologetic txt to say she couldn’t go through with the booking as was still feeling rough and could not do it justice. I am now really pissed off but I am not the argumentative sort.

Further apologies were given and was offered a good reduction on future date. I replied to accept (should I, don't know, but not a good time for coherent decisions) and that I might be able to do a day in a couple of weeks. Drove home thinking how could I be sure that this wouldn’t happen again (have now seen similar circumstances of previous review under former name of Jessica95)

Later that evening gave a date for meet two weeks away, that was rejected. Gave one more date, availability was doubtful and was too far ahead, so gave up suggesting dates.  There were no suggestions for dates from Jessica and her profile does not give any indication of availability. There have been no further comms.

I think I acted with tolerance under the circumstances but consider it to be very unprofessional to fall asleep just before a meet, re-arrange because not prepared and finally unable to go ahead with it. Even offering a reduction for a future meet is no good if there is no reciprocal help in finding a mutually convenient new date.
Had to be a negative unfortunately.

Most bosses in civvy land wont tolerate time keeping like that.

the song and dance she made about it was funny. As was her gangbang in london, all signs of unreliability IMO.

To allow you to drive a significant distance, when she was presumably already feeling that she may not go through with the booking, and then unnecessarily delay you further in an unfamiliar city, yes that's a very deserved negative. It sounds like she wasted several hours of your day.

In honesty I would've been deterred by the initial booking difficulties and probably wouldn't have proceeded any further.

Smacks of having a regular punter with her at shorter notice, hence the comms to you of not feeling well, not believable in the slightest, footfall will be disrupted and she deserves everything she gets if she ends up out of pocket!!

I don't know about others but I only ever book on the day that I intend to visit. Maybe 2-4 hours notice at the most.

Did you register with HMRC, and have you paid any taxes so far?

If you are already broke, then it would appear that the final few tax periods would not have yet been declared to HMRC, so how do you plan to pay the taxes on your earnings during the final few periods?

I recall that thread, having asked her about her affairs with HMRC

This is bang out of order, you travel out of your area to see her which she is aware of,when you arrive on time she keeps you hanging around then cancels meet.I had a similar thing ,travelled out of area after confirming on day, arrive bang on time, and ...nothing,got a message 3 days later saying had to leave and forgot phone or some shit .Since then I’ve kept local as can’t be doing with it,you’re right to review neg ,it’s that 100%.

Hi, it's me (Admin hasn't switched my username on here yet and I never use UKP). I've only just seen this and I'm gutted. Whilst some bits of this don't add up to me (the parking on my road does not require a permit etc?) and I've been through all my correspondence over the last few months to try and figure out what happened here and when and found neither the booking requests nor text messages that you mention, bits of this do sound familiar, so I will treat this as me having fucked up and do my best to put it right.

I am human. I do my best to make everyone happy, but sometimes I am imperfect and life gets in the way. If this was around the time of your review here, then that was an especially turbulent time for me. Whilst it isn't "sexy", I've been open and honest on UKE about having bipolar disorder and I would bet good money that if I fell asleep and was feeling like shit when I had work to do it was either depression or meds related or both. As people have mocked me for failing at retirement above, I'm going to be 100% transparent here and say that yes, that was the primary reason I had to drop out of my teacher training course I went on to do (the toll on my mental health) and whilst they've offered for me to start again next September if I'm well enough, it seems doubtful I will be going back into civvie life for a while as I need the flexibility of self employment that escorting offers me. I'm not telling you this to make you feel bad or as an excuse, but to do my best to explain the situation: the day I got back from my Newcastle tour (end of March) I was in A+E as a direct result of my bipolar depression causing me to be suicidal. Thankfully I'm not in that place any more, but I'm trying to give you some context as to what's been going on over the past few months when it seems you tried to see me.

I understand it is frustrating when a booking falls through (believe me, I am also frustrated) but if I ever have to cancel a booking for whatever reason I always try and find a way to make it right. You said in your post that I offered you a discount on a future session. You lost no funds as the booking did not take place so I couldn't refund you anything. I'm not sure what else you would like me to do to try and make this right with you? Should I have kept you waiting even longer and then gone through with the booking whilst not in the right headspace? I do my best to be as genuine and honest with everyone as I can be and it doesn't feel fair on anyone to charge them for my time if I'm not in the zone where that time is going to be the best time possible for them. The problem with my condition is it can change how I'm feeling quite rapidly and I assure you that I would not have confirmed with you if I did not think at the time that I was going to be up for it. As someone posted above - this sort of thing leaves no one satisfied - your balls may still have been full but so was your wallet! I haven't maliciously messed you around, and when something went wrong that was not your fault I did my best to make you an offer for the future.

Please tell me how I can make this right? Or what I should have done differently to avoid getting future negative reviews? I'm not going to ask you to change your review - you've had a bad experience and whilst that sucks, I can't change that. All I can do is try and make it up to you, which I have done by offering you a reduced future booking in compensation for the time you spent previously. If you decide you want to take me up on that, the offer stands indefinitely and if we can sort a time and date to have some fun maybe you'll be inclined to leave me a positive review to balance this out a little. Otherwise, I'm at a loss (and open to suggestions) about what to do here? If you drop me a text or email, I'm happy to have a chat about this further to see what can be done to resolve this.

So, I've done some googling as I've never heard of anything that would require me to delete the things sent to me before and I'm right - I can't "retain for longer than necessary for the purposes you obtained it" if you really think a private text message comes under this, but since I am still working and need to be able to know who it is that is texting me I think it is fair to say it is still "necessary" to have texts on my work phone sent freely from a client? A conversation history on a (securely locked) mobile phone is a normal thing to have, I really don't understand your concerns?

IMO you have offered what you can. You clearly understand the OP’s complaint and have tried to make a redress and have given your reasons for failure.  Clearly it’s up to him to take that or not.  For me, I’m tending towards believing you here.

My advice FWIW, Jessica, would be to get your act together as best you can given your bi-polar condition. At the moment you are looking like a risky booking; not because of poor service but because of unreliability. Find a way of ensuring you notify punters quickly and promptly if you are unable to make the booking and certainly BEFORE they travel to see you.

So, I've explained the situation above. You're not the client in question and it is clear that you do not want to see me and more to the point, I don't want to see you. The name calling is unnecessary. I'm not sure how being unwell = being a cunt? I can't help being unwell. If I had a way to magically be perfectly healthy then I would be. So besides "don't get sick, ever, including your lifelong condition you've been honest about in response to this thread" do you have any practical advice at all or are you just here to weigh in that you think I'm a cunt for having a human body that is not able to function 100% of the time? I can't change the situation where I am unwell. All I can do is apologise and try and make it up to him, which I did?

Hi Jessica, from what I can see the OP was pretty understanding but I think the straw that broke the camels back and prompted him to write a negative review was your lack of assistance in organising an alternative date.

Reading your first post in this thread I suspect that when he tried to rearrange the meeting that same evening you were still not in a good place due to your bipolar disorder and not really functioning properly. It would probably have been better not to reply until you were confident that you were able to assist properly.

I know people who have bipolar disorder and run other businesses, sometimes they let people down and get a bad reputation because of it. I guess this is always going to happen occasionally. Some folk won't believe you, some will - it's just something you will have to deal with, you have explained yourself now and I would try and leave it at that. Any further attempts to explain will just exacerbate matters.

Thanks for coming on to explain.

I think this is an unfortunate collection of circumstances and I wish you the best for your health in the future. The negative review is clearly fair and proper, which you acknowledge.

Whilst it is true that the punter did not lose cash he had travelled a distance to see you so wasted time, petrol etc - plus of course the frustration.

Frankly if it was me there is not anything that you could have done. A discount on a future booking would make no difference to me in that situation, I would not be booking again. (Different if it was a regular.) It is simple, the review is there and we all move on.

Seriously if you have mental health issues I would not recommend engaging in debate on here, it rarely goes well for WGs anyway. You have stated your case, just back off now.

Thanks Mike. Believe me, I'm trying my best to "get my act together" but 4.5 years of every medication under the sun (with the most recent decision being "let's wean you off everything altogether as we just don't know what to do right now and nothing works") doesn't lend me much hope that anything is going to be cured magically any time soon.

As I've explained above, things can change quite rapidly for me, so if I didn't give him the notice it was because I wasn't given it either. If I am aware I need to cancel or rearrange I do so as soon as that becomes apparent, of course, no point in leaving someone hanging if you know you're not going to make it. If I think I can make it, I will say I can, if I can't, I will say I can't. Just sounds like things deteriorated badly at the time I needed to be well - out of my control I'm afraid, but I will always let people know what's going on and if it is short notice I will offer a reduced future booking. It sounds like the timing here was unfortunate and yes, this has happened to me two or three times before in the last 4.5 years I have been working (I got diagnosed around the time I started work, if you're wondering why the years are the same) but I don't think I've been overwhelmingly unreliable? It isn't a regular occurrence, but it is a possibility. It cannot be helped but all I can do is my best to fix it if and when it does happen. It hasn't had a major impact on my working life - it really is just unfortunate the timings coincided the way they did in this instance. As you say, I've done my best to rectify it, it's up to him if that's enough for him.

I was confused by that part of the review to be honest! I remember a thread recently on UKE where a client was complaining about being offered alternative dates to meet all the time when he wanted to be the one to offer dates instead (also confused me). Everyone has different preferences. I try to offer alternatives when I can, but "she didn't bombard me with her calendar information for the next month" strikes me as a strange complaint? I'm always happy to try and find a date that works through a mutual conversation but I've never just thrown my diary at someone before and I'm not sure that that would be received well by all clients? Unless I've missed something here?

I will reply in due course, it's a lot to read through and consider.

Offline Groundhog

Hi,
Thanks Jessica, have read your reply.

Firstly I stand by my review as a true reflection of the events from my side. The review was written after a great deal of thought and by referring to all our correspondence, emails/booking requests prior to the day and the messages on the day. (I will happily delete these, as appropriate).

Of course you are human, I am sorry and have sympathy if you have medical issues but I was not aware, nor would I expect to know, what I consider to be a private issue. If you were having problems at the time then maybe it would have been best to have declined the booking as soon as you were aware you were in difficulties. I note that this booking was for shortly after your Newcastle tour after which you state you were in problems.

To clear up the parking issue that does not add up to you. As I drove up I became aware that your particular street did not require a permit (from what I did see a lot did though), but I will not park in the same street as a meet, I park in what I consider appears to be a safe place within walking distance. There may have been somewhere else suitable locally but I wouldn't know, I want the parking to be done with so that I am settled before the meet time.

Yes it is frustrating when a booking is a) postponed by an hour, 20 mins before it is due and b) finally cancelled 25 mins before the reschedule. Although there is no loss in the fee, there is a loss in time and petrol money (this was not a local meet for me).

I acknowledged in the review that you offered a good discount on a future replacement booking and that I accepted, but the problem is when a booking fails in this manner you can never be sure that the same wouldn’t happen again. Unfortunately this view was reinforced by then reading an older Jessica95 review with a similar occurrence, reading this after the event was my failed research.

Anyway despite these doubts, I was going to honour my acceptance. Trying not to repeat the review, I suggested a couple of dates which did not suit and with no suggestions from yourself and no indication of future availability for your Nottingham in-call, I again lost confidence in a meet ever taking place and after further thought posted it as a time-wasting review.

I thank you for asking how you could put this right, all I can suggest is what I would have expected to be professional:
If you are having major problems in the days before the meet give yourself time to make sure you are alright, seriously consider cancelling meets (in good time) until you are really sure you are over them.
A reduction offer on a future meet is good, but it will not meet all circumstances, particularly if trust is lost by a cancellation so close to the time of the booking.
Be as helpful as you can when asked for re-arrangement (not just comment “See you soon”). Have some availability dates for your in-call posted on your profile, a lot of escorts do, you could have simply said look for my updated future availability when posted.

I wish you well for the future and hope your health problems can be overcome, but I won’t be making any future bookings.

Jessica, you'll get no mockery of your mental health condition from me. However, as you state, it's a chronic condition, and it's also cyclic. You may not be able to control it, but you should manage your escorting work in accordance with it. This condition isn't like an on-off switch, there are processes toward the extremes and you should be able to monitor and respond to fluctuations and changes in your presentation. You should also consider any effects from changes in medication or doses. You should also be aware of what causes worsening or depletion e.g. the stress and exertions of touring. It shouldn't be mocked, but it shouldn't be used as an excuse either and it's your responsibility to manage it's effects.

Cozy isn't the word I'd use; that would be like cuddling a rattle snake  :sarcastic:

As for the issue you refer to, you and I have already had a candid discussion about that  :drinks:
