I remember watching agency websites years ago and prices seemed very steep at the time. If anything, I believe the success of Adultwork and the influx of Romanians have contributed to keeping agency prices in check. I laugh when I see people complaining because an agency girl costs 150 and an independent 120: prices are indeed slowly creeping up (most Romanians I consider palatable now charge at least 120 whereas they used to ask 100), and that's clearly due to the fall in value of the pound. Come Brexit, which I still hope will be reversed by a popular vote before it can do any real damage, and the presumable restrictions to the freedom of movement and so on, prices will go up a LOT, let alone how more difficult it will be to find decent providers.
