Just to clarify... i wasn't criticising the OP or the review. The review is very informative and well balanced, i just think that it's way too generous as a positive and probably a neutral would have been more appropriate given the fact that it's very good service at a very low price provided by a very scrubby looking wg in a very scrubby house.
