Large house in Sutton, about 10 minutes walk from the station, plenty of parking. Three bedrooms, one with two beds, one single, one with a central circular bed and chairs. A dungeon room and lounge, neither of which was used. Plenty of room in other words.
As some other reviewers have said there is a registration and confirmation procedure. It is pretty straightforward and Rebecca Ryder the hostess answered my questions. For newbies (as I was the previous month) the setup is professional and welcoming.
5 girls - Phoenix, Miss Delights, Classy Filth, Chantelle White, a Spanish (I think) girl called Zara - Rebecca was due to play but didn't so Zara was the stand in.

One thing the parties could benefit from that wasn't there is a bit of variety, it seems a bit ridiculous to moan about fucking 5 attractive women but it does get a bit repetitive, maybe a bukkake party, or lesbian show, or BDSM themed party would spice it up.
