Why on Earth are you leaving a deposit before a booking? any one who does that deserves to get scammed for their stupidity.

She popped up near me recently.
I was tempted to book but I decided against it on account of it looking tgtbt.

Glad I avoided - in any case I would have told her to do one when she asked for a deposit

I don't think OP deserved to be scammed (if he did pay deposit). But I agree it was a stupid move and he shouldn't be surprised that it happened

OP has been a member for 9 months.  In that time only made this one post - so doesn't have any track record.  Ignoring hidden feedback and paying £60 deposit sounds the incredible naivety - and not learning anything in the 9 months, or the tale is a bit fishy.   Only time and more reviews will tell...

Would still avoid the SP in the absence of any positive reviews

What can I say...never trust girls with fingernails like that. Lol.

I've paid deposits and even whole fees up front before (shock horror, many will chastise). However, they were all UK "pornstars". So I guess what I'm saying is exercise your better judgement. I would never pay a random independent with 0 reviews on UKP in advance.

Prices for this chick are all over the shop. £120 for one hour with her...but £400 for the duo?! Then same price for that solo overnight. No link to duo friend account. Etc. Does indeed seem like a chancing scammer to me.

I have no reason to suspect OP is telling stories. Better luck next time lad sorry to hear.

You're into fairly sophisticated fraud territory if you can made money from sort codes and account numbers by themselves.

 :D Think you may have nailed it on the head here with regard to the stubby nails

As for paying upfront to pornstars. Although one might think they are 'reliable'. Personally I think it should be a carte blanche rule NOT to pay any money upfront. Even if a porn star WG may be genuine, if there any complications, with regard to the transaction, some will not be willing to assist - when they can easily of done so. This was my experience.
