Good communication and easy to book, lead into the bedroom sorted the paperwork and she wonders off. A few minutes later I hear a man voice, he goes to the loo then walks into the bedroom. Not a very good actor tried to be surprised and then proceeded to kick me out. First time this has happened for me guess I've been lucky until now.

No phone number, I didn't pick up anything dodgy on the profile, and the person in the pics was the woman who opened the door. Maybe got complacent as everyone before this has been genuine. Not always very good but genuine lol

This also happened to me!
Paperwork sorted in upstairs bedroom & then disappears to toilet - next thing 2 guys come up (one of whom is her boyfriend) asking what I’m doing there. They then usher me out the house leaving her with my cash!
Total scam - do not visit!
I have managed to find out her & the boyfriends real names but not sure I want the hassle of taking things further.

I'm still a little in the dark about escorting laws.

What would have happened if the OP called the police? I'm assuming he wouldn't have faced any charges? Is the worst that would have happened is that he would have been red faced? If so, had I been outright robbed i would have rang the police the moment I was out the door

As this was a first for me I didn't handle it the way I should have. I've learnt from it and hopefully anyone else reading this will save their cash. As far as my research goes I was within the law. Bit late now though I guess.

Definitely a scam.

She just sent an email referring to a reverse booking I put up. This was for an outcall to a hotel in London. Her message below.

Paying for sex with a consenting adult (18+) in the privacy of a property is not illegal. Kerb crawling and soliciting for sex on the street is illegal.

Pimping and running brothel is illegal and it sounds like this guy is her pimp, so it was definitely worth trying to get your money back and at least threatening to call the police in a firm manner. This may well be enough to get your money back.

If they refuse, then it's probably best just to leave, frustrating though that is. It could just cause too much aggro and potentially violence plus hassle from the police, even if you haven't done anything illegal.

It is illegal for a punter to have sex with a girl who is "subjected to force" so not just trafficked - and that applies whether he is aware of the fact she is or not (ie strict liability).

I guess there is a risk that that could be the case, though doesn't sound like it. She could claim the pimp has forced her to be a prostitute.

That's a bad experience for anyone to have. Hind sight is wonderful, but feedback short supply, but more importantly no UKP Intel, you TOFTT and have generously given the warning.
