Having read the mostly positive reviews for Zen Therapy in Upminster I thought I’d try myself.
External Link/Members OnlyLocated opposite Upminster Bridge Station, they have their own large car park at the back. Some risk of getting blocked in by a van and other cars though. I walked in the back entrance as it was more discreet than the one next to the barber’s entrance at the front.
You walk through the conservatory where there’s a washing machine full of towels. Along the corridor, the Chinese receptionist met me and asked how long. I’d made a booking already for an hour. She took my £50 cash and showed me to one of the rooms. I got fully undressed and before laying on the bed she brought me my £5 change and gave me a big smile.
The shop smelt very fresh and clean, there was a shower in the corner of the room.
