She offers a house tour with a difference and this appealed to me as being a little different from the norm

Arranged to meet her about 7/8 months ago and was given a residential address, very easy to get to, just off the motorway

Paperwork was dealt with and she likes to be a tease, "accidentally" brushing up against you to build up mood and tension

Unfortunately the house, especially the bathroom and bedroom were filthy

Granted I was not there as a potential buyer but it did make a big difference to the whole experience for me

Could have been so much better and I left very disappointed

You dont say how long you were there for. So you paid her £90 or £130 for what precisely- How much did you pay and what were your expectations on arrival?
Really struggling OP as to what this SP does.
