To be honest I am not sceptical the slightest. I believe it's her who opens the door ( and to be fair she is nowhere near stunning judging by the face picture at least not by Latin American standards...)

OP did confirm the facial pic is of the lass in question, so it's clearly the other 2 pics on her profile which are suspect (they do look like stock photographs anyway)
