Agreed date and time by text a few days in advance. However on the day she didn't reply to texts or calls (voicemail) and so it was a no show. I understand sometimes cancellations occur but it was the lack of communication that was really annoying - particuarly as I had already travelled to Baker St area.

Two negatives in a week now. Normally these Thai's are well managed, cause they're not indie's.
Nothing worse than turning up, and getting radio silence, or finding out you've been double booked, especially if you've had a little bluey.
Always good to have a plan B, but that's easier said than done.

If she’s charging the same rate as the agencies , book through them . She’s less likely to mess you around if an agency is losing their £50 cut . I feel they should be charging £120 p/h thru adultwork as they get to keep it all .

She hasn't logged in since Monday afternoon and was normally quite good at keeping her profile updated when on holiday by including text like On holiday and back on DD MM, but not this time. Something has happened. Doesn't excuse her from no comms and deserves the negative, but maybe she is now gone for good.

Even on AW they are managed by others. A business run by Thai's is sometimes prone to failings.

Just to update on this - I have recieved an apology from Ariel - she said her friend was helping her update her profile and forgot to tell her about the booking... So seems like a genuine mistake.
