I was always planning to go to a GUM clinic after, regardless of who I choose even if it didn't happen with a escort.  I of course consider my health paramount and as for SpecialServicex, I happen to believe what she says on her profile about health checks as everything she said on her profile was exactly how the experience was but of course i'll still be tested.  As for bareback, it could have been a one off comment or she could have meant it ( I read the review ), who knows?

Went to the GUM clinic and was quite open about everything, the GUM nurse said that my risk is extremely low given the situation but that if I feel too worried about something that I should go to the GP and have them prescribe me anti-biotics just incase.  Was not as an intimidating experience as I thought, kudos to the Royal Gwent GUM clinic. She suggested an anti-biotic called Doxycycline.
