Yes that sometimes happens to me too and it's been going on for ages. I think the girl who's profile it actually takes you to is the girl actually on the rota but I could be wrong (as that's only based on one experience). Obviously you can and will eventually need to call them anyway but it is still annoying. I think their Twitter is usually accurate (although of course there is still the risk of girls not turning up).
This is clearly an error but in general I don't think it can be said that they're totally averse to a false advert every now and then. They're definitely better than most parlours but they're not afraid to use flattering pics and particularly they're not afraid to take big liberties with the girl's age - some are fine but some really aren't (although unfortunately all parlours are like that). There are also instances of lying about their services (see neutral and negatives reviews) although again in this department they are a lot better than most parlours and I'd even go so far as to say that they're the best but it's still inexcusable (especially once they know that the girl doesn't provide the claimed service). They also seem happy to lie about CIM being included in the price nowadays.
