Can anyone tell me what the beer provided at Artemis is ?
I know you have to pay for alcoholic drinks and I think a beer is 10 euro.
My question is, does this get you a little bottle of Becks or a half litre of draught beer ?
The time I visited I had a few soft drinks but next time I will be with a few mates and have been asked about beer selection.
Can anyone help ?
Thanks

From memory, I think it's Carlsberg.  €10 for about 400ml or something like that.

I don't drink alcohol when I'm there so someone else might be more reliable.

It might be carlsberg or Heineken, not sure, I never pay the rip off price, you need to buy beer tokens at reception.

I suggest you buying some strong liquor like vodka, whiskey or rum from the store before entering Artemis and then add that to your free soda in the locker rooms, discreetly of course ;)

That's what I do and it has always worked  :drinks:

Yes, but be aware, the receptionist asks to look in any bag you bring, obviously to check for alcohol, as it happens last night I had two free beers at Artemis, I was in the sauna, you hang your robes up outside, someone took mine, there was only one other, later when I checked the pockets there was two beer tokens inside, cheers easy, one reason why I say never leave valuables in your robe.

They never looked in my bags, 'tho I have never carried a backbag with me, only so called manpurse (which can fit easily whatever I want to take in). And if you want to be on a safe side, just take few small bottles with you and put them in your pockets and you'll be ok.

It's not like airport or anything and I haven't seen any security checks done there for anyone. Unless they haven't changed their security policy, which I might not know about 'cos it's been a while already since my last visit.

Or just leave the place and have a drink somewhere else and come back after that, that's allowed. It's insane to pay 10 eur for one small beer in already expensive place.

On my first visit the receptionist asked to check my bag but the second time they didn't so it's just pot luck.
Luckily I had some Red Bull on my second visit which I drank in the Club.
The beer prices are ridiculous.

Jerboa,
Do you remember the beers you had, pint ( half litre ) draught, or bottle etc ?
I would not mind paying 10 euro for a decent beer similar to the great bars over there but not for a small glass or 330ml bottle.

It’s only 400ml glasses of Carlsberg draught, so not worth 10€ IMO.
