The score is also influenced by the averages and options for the area, which is quite poor compared to somewhere such as London. You can also compare the aggregate of the reviews, which is 2 positive, 1 neutral, 1 negative, which overall brings the aggregate score to a neutral.

You make a good point regarding the photos. I knew what to expect from the reviews, and I sometimes like fat girls so it was ok for me. However, her pictures are changed and they look even slimmer than the previous photos. If they are new, then she lost weight significant weight since I saw her a few months ago. Or, she is using old photos which as you point out is a sub-type of B&S. If you decide to see her, you could bring the photos and pull them up when you see her.
