How on earth have they got away with this in a residential area as well

vehicles don't require planning permission, so whats to stop them? And there's no address on the side of the van so its not as if they're promoting a brothel in a local house

Some may say it`s morally wrong, but don`t think there is anything illegal about it.
Reminds me of this advert that was a bit risky.

And it`s outside the remit of the Advertising Standards Authority, besides, they are not advertising a sexual service which would be illegal
