London Birthday Party - planner

Hey everyone,
I’m trying to organise a super birthday party in London on St. Patrick’s day.
Please don’t judge me, but the idea came up from my best friend who’s taking care of the expenses and I’d be a fool to refuse!
The idea is to make it epic... I’m seeking advice (and I know that there isn’t a better place for a professional advice) for 1 or possibly 2 girls to be taken out possibly for dinner, clubbing in central London, ending up in a hotel room with a jacuzzi etc.
I’ve read many reviews in the last few days but I’m really a newbie and uncertainty is taking over. Some of the beauties have mixed reviews, some of the agencies are dodgy, some of the girls...are not actually girls. 
So the required criteria would be:
1. Beautiful face (I’m very much into gorgeous girls...a 8/10 would really put me off for the occasion)
2. Great slim or athletic body
3. Good service, worth the money I’d say
4. If possible, horny attitude, not passive (not a must, but it helps)
5. If you know about a DUO on top of the above criteria, I will not only come back with all the feedbacks etc, but I will invite all you guys to the party too and buy you a drink!
