Looks like he'd already spotted the photographer before he'd opened the door. So it wasn't too late to keep walking. I wouldn't be surprised if he went in for a legit treatment, no HE.

Possibly. But it amazes me why someone with that much money would risk it?
If you could easily afford a room at any hotel in London - you'd just sort yourself out with an out-call surely?
Even if you left the hotel as soon as the deed was done and didn't bother to stay the night.
