Read some of the threads about outed on Facebook, your a new member and asking some one to join you, don't think so mate, no one is going to trust you, in fact it hard to say, are you trolling or are you for real

If your genuine, think you going to have to give us something to go on, why should someone go with you and trust you

I would suggest the OP goes to Berlin, enjoys himself then writes a decent report on his trip with lots of detail, then he may get some trust.
