Been to this place a few times over the years and time I contributed. Below are my general impressions of the place, information for first timers and short reviews of the girls I saw.
Short version: worth it if you're not bothered about having a basic service from a choice of lots of great looking girls.
I went on a Monday and Wednesday.
The place
€80 entry fee which allows you access all day; you're given a wristband and keyless fob for a locker. With the girls, it's €60 per half hour (€120 for one hour). Some girls charge extra on top for OWO, kissing, reverse O, reverse anal, A levels etc.
Well run, clean and a number of staff around who keep it that way. Their website has details of what's available on site.
The restaurant is more like a small canteen. The food is OK - nothing special, nothing terrible. It's the one place where girls won't proposition you.
Breakfast is 11am to 3pm and dinner is from 6pm to 2pm (I think). Both are all you can eat for no extra charge. Soft drinks are also free. Alcohol starts at €10 for 400ml of Carlsberg up to €2000 for champagne.
Main bar on the first floor is where 95% of the girls are. It's a smoking area.
The place is quiet from 11am to 2pm. Fairly relaxed till about 6-7pm. Friday and Saturday nights are the worst for overcrowding (even though there are lots of girls). Even Wednesday night is quite busy. Mondays and Tuesdays are generally the most chilled days.
S bahn station is less than a five minute walk away. At night, the car park has lots of taxis in waiting.

The girls
10-20 girls from 11am to 2pm. From then, more girls come out up to 8pm approx. I find the best looking girls come out from 7pm onwards, though still plenty of lookers before then.
In terms of looks, I'd say 10% great and the remainder split evenly between average and good looking. You get girl next door types, models, and porn star types. Lots of girls with great boob jobs and great bodies. Most are Eastern European.
For first timers
If a girl asks if this is your first time, say no. Whilst not all girls will do this, some girls will be more pushy and/or upsell if they think you're inexperienced.
Artemis is generally a place where men keep to themselves (except those there with friends). Conversation (if any) will most likely come from other lone punters.
Some girls will approach you. Some do it once, others will do it time and again. Typically the better looking ones will sit by the bar looking bored and you'll have to make the approach. Be confident and friendly, don't be an idiot, and you'll be fine.
Don't feel rushed or pressured into going with a girl. You have the luxury of time and choice.
In the room, don't expect a GFE or PSE. The service is pretty much a routine from almost all girls (that I've seen). €60 for half an hour is the 'standard' service i.e. covered oral and sex. No reverse O, no OWO, no fingering and no kissing etc. You want more, you'll have to pay more.
Regarding the time, a 30 minute service equals cumming once (and twice for a 60 minute session). NB. when I say 30 minutes, I mean that's the maximum time you'll get; the session is usually over as soon as you cum.
