Possibly. Also with her height, she can seem slimmer but she's a well formed size 10 with a nice body IMO.
Her coldness in comms is apparently born from previous experiences of TW's and people taking the piss by overstaying, so she prefers to be businesslike at this stage, and on the forums too. I've seen it with other wg's too and I can understand it, so as long as I manage to confirm services, and set a time and date, then it's punt on. Not to everyone's tastes granted and it can certainly put people off, but there is a reason she's well reviewed and that is because her attitude is spot on during bookings and she provides a good service too.
Some punters though are needy cunts, and need to feel wanted by a wg beforehand in order to make a booking. They may pester a wg with all sorts and if a wg encourages it, it festers into an unhealthy obsession. The smart wg's nip it in the bud quickly which is why you have some that act in a business like manner.
