Booked Kitty for an hour incall on Friday for today at 3.0, no problems with that. Texted this morning to confirm, again no problem. Turned up 5 minutes before and texted my arrival. Had to wait about 10 minutes to say if I would mind waiting as there was a problem. Did not mind as was in no hurry and was down quayside on a sunny day. Twenty minutes later got a text saying everything was ok now and was given number of appartment. I replied that I was ten minutes away and would I receive my one hour booking, not a problem. I was about half way there and received another text saying that kitty was not answering her phone. They apologized and said that they would inform Alli and get some kind of discount off next booking.
Don't think Allure could have done anything different. Definitely not happy with Kitty to think that she was sitting in appartment knowing I was outside ready and waiting and she was refusing to answer phone for some reason.

I was around the high level bridge area around the time of your booking and I couldn't get a mobile signal at all for will over an hour (EE network). I wonder if a cell went down. Be interesting to hear their explanation.

Might be the case or might not be. Wonder if any people in the same area were similarly cut off?

Hope the OP gets compensated from the agency as its a total PIA when this happens.

I was similar happen to me last year, but only is Allru no reply my text been waiting outsite there over 20 mins, after that I never custom allru again

Would have been interesting to PM the OP and see if it was used as an excuse. Both of you could have then know what was going on.

That is strange, very similar to what happened to me. They did eventually get to me though.
