I don't think so. The motivation is slightly different. Girls who do it with multiple people and friends as you put it, are choosing partners in a similar age group etc. If you were having sex mainly with guys in the 40 - 70 age range who were not attractive to women then you'd feel differently That is the reality of this business - so I am informed. in this job we are bound to get slightly jaded even if for just a few days and we need to take a break.  Its burn out more than anything.  Although we do it well it is impossible for the emotional strain not to take its toll on us at some stage.  even if we liked every client we saw (and we don't hence so many get put on the ignore list) we would still have the issues of having to live a semi secret life as we do not tell every person we meet what we do so not only do we have to deal with issues over lying we also have to deal with the stigma society has put on us and all that is if we did enjoy every client.  As that is impossible we also have the added issue of self image to deal with.  after all we see many threads on another site where someone has seen a client and felt so dirty afterwards they bathed in Dettol or similar and scrubbed themselves almost raw.
