do you mean pre-book a specific girl ? - then I would phone at the start of the week , and find who are on-duty - and if your girl is available

and then Phone on the actual day if there is someone you are very interested in, and check if they are actually on the premises - then pre-book ( or just turn up )

You can book before, but more sensible to phone on the actual day to make sure your choice has actually come in.

You can prebook a certain girl or if you can just turn up to the sauna and pick a girl in the lounge.
