Seems CL is not publishing so many as used to? None in the Essex listing this morning, only one Kent, and only nine London. Only a few weeks ago, these areas were bursting with ads. What's happened?

The nearest listing to me is Leeds, when I've looked, which isn't too frequently to be honest, it looks like there are only a few girls advertising multiple times and I've never trusted it, I've certainly never seen a local review.

I'm guessing somebody must use it.

I've posted on there countless times. Only ever got lucky once from a lady not getting it from hubby. Once being the operative word. Got guilty feelings, so that was it. But still the mountain of replies with links to verification and other pay sites. Don't even bother to read them. Just delete them.

I saw what could have been the same around December? Contact was made but neither of them followed through. One of the reasons not so many ads, is that advertisers can only have one ad at a time now. I posted today, but had to delete a live ad before I could post the new one. Its stopped the "view me on such and such a site" scammers posting multiple ads.

I do actually think CL are clamping down on the fake adverts which is why we are seeing so few F seeking M postings.

The cynic in me does think that the chances of a genuine woman advertising on CL for a sex encounter are slim particularly when you consider the other options like Tinder.

Was tempted to have a look some time ago. Contacted one potential hook up who wanted to verify my age identity and that I wasn't a rapist on a website wanting my credit card details.  Didn't realise Visa & Mastercard gave special cards to sexual predators to those they issue to everyone else!
Never bothered with Craigslist.A mate has had a couple of meets off Tinder one was ok the second turned out to be psychologically impaired. A stalker in all but name..he's single but had he been married he'd be in the shit up to his eyebrows. Think I'll stick with what's worked for me over the years..Book Fuck Pay Leave no hassles.

I had a couple of encounters and a few that I passed on once the horn had gone and I'd realised bbw's can't ever be my thing no matter if it is offered on a plate. The main one lasted a few months and ended in disaster. I think people use other sites now, since there are a plethora of them and since 99% of the adverts are fake anyway. I also received a few from guys advertising as women and thinking I might just change my orientation for a 'good blowjob'

I think the reason we are seeing less adverts is the new posting rules on Craigslist.

Only one advert per account in a category.

Due to Living on the border between two areas, I tend to put the same advert into each area. If I am doing that over a couple of categories, which has been known, I might have six adverts up at a time. Now I'm allowed one.

The fact that we're noticing the lack of adverts sort of shows how many fakes there were.

I answered an ad on CL which ended in my being mugged. I’m not alone it seems. There is a thread on Yorkshire and Humber Reviews called “Scammed and Mugged”. It’s enough to make me never trust CL again.

Craigslist tries to promote swinging (free sex) but find that all their W4M adverts are from escorts or scam artists. There are very few ladies who need to advertise in order to get sex unless they are real munters so Craigslist should probably work to take down the scams and allow the escorts to advertise. If they were smart they should change their strategy and enter the sugar daddy/seeking arrangement market
