I have the opportunity to go to Madrid or Malaga for a few nights, before having to go to Barcelona for work for a week.
Which city would be the most fun? Planning for good food, relaxing, and punting. Will be going in 3 weeks time.

I can’t say I know the answer. I would presume that Malaga is more seasonal though.

Madrid has lots of choices and easy to get around by public transport

Malaga again has plenty of choices. If you hire a car the choices are endless

Agree +1 . Feb can still be cold in the Capital where as CDS Malaga will be warmer . If you are not familiar with driving on the CDS and being able to get to one place after another quickly Madrid may be best for you !
