Sorry to hear that, the maid is clearly taking the piss and just taking any Tom dick and Abdul in, rather than sticking to pre planned appointments.

As she's in her last week before she buggers off, clearly they don't care about the negative reviews stacking up

I agree with you Type O Negative, the management here is poor.

Sticking to a booking system and giving 30min either side of the booking as slack should be enough to run a smooth operation. It’s a common problem amongst Latin’s with maids.
