Thanks for the advice. In the past I have called, followed by a text at all sorts of diferent times but usually a few days in advance. Maybe I'll try again next time I'm due a trip down the M4.

sorry I don't have the address etc I followed her crazy instructions.!!..but I never knew the Acton address just opposite North Acton station a block away from XAleksandra 24...probably not wise to put it out on a forum if I had it.
