Why not try a reverse bid, and specify what you want, and what you willing to pay, as for the filming part, you could clear up what your intention are with filming

So you could tell the escort its for your own pleasure, but willing to give her a copy for her private galleries, and if you have a good camera, the photo would be perfect for this

look further a field if you can't find a prossie that offers filming with face in that geographical zone. there are plenty of them well well well within the M25 that offer filming with face on AW.

I can only imagine the ones you've found haven't been to your taste, so its pointless folks suggesting random women you might not find attractive seeing as you haven't put up any preferences.

There's too many factors to judge.

It All depends on what you feel is worth it at end of the day. Personally I never pay more than £50 unless there's really special circumstances involved.
