I will try to be straight to the point and keep it factual:

- JOP has said that he was taken aback by the situation as he is a new punter. I will argue that, as he has made a booking through AW where he already has gotten two feedback and admittedly many other bookings made throughout the years either via phone or text.

- Regarding his comment on the first 10-15 mind we’re fine. I have tried to stop the booking twice that evening. I was not about to make further comments on this as I had voiced in  previously commentaries that it was up to the reader to make decisions as to the verity of what I reported. But given that Alessa has come out with her account, I think it’s only right that I reply to what I see are mistruths.
