I've lost my punting mojo so just visiting a few massage places at the moment, and I do enjoy a good massage.

Location: Easy to find on a side street just off the main Earls Court drag.

Reception: When I walked in I was asked my name, length of time and style of massage. I said I wanted firm so she wrote down deep tissue. Paid £30 for 30 mins.

Massage room: Barely big enough to walk around the table without bumping the wall, but I was only going to be lying down so what the hell  Room was clean.

Masseuse: Linda. Probably 40 ish, size 10 tidy figure, face 4/10. Friendly. I wouldn't fancy her as a punt but was happy enough for a massage.

The massage: Ok but very gentle and not what I asked for. No real sensual touches but just enough attention to my inner/upper thigh for my dick to stir a little.

The sting: Turned me over and asked if I wanted to extend to an hour (+£30) or any extras. I asked what was on offer. She said she would get naked, I could touch her body and she would give me a happy ending. I asked her how much - She said £80  I'm not sure if this included extending the time but anyway I just laughed and said no thanks. It was so ridiculous, I was going to let her finish the massage without any extras at all. She agreed to happy ending for £30 (told her that was all I had, which was probably still too much) but it was what I came for afterall! The happy ending was really good. Slow and unrushed, draining every last drop 

Linda seemed very keen that I return very soon and bring £80 next time 

Was not offered a shower and she just left me in the room to put my clothes on over my oily body and find my own way out.

Would I return? No.

I'm noticing a) more older women in TCM in London and b) increased price rates being demanded.  Perhaps rub and tug has taken off in popularity among other men (I mean, it's not punting really, right?) or there's been a sudden tourist boom which makes them able to command such tips?

I fancy its a down turn in business caused by a) people being more careful with their money, b) the time of year, between now and easter are the dog months in most london trades, and c) the stream of young chinese girls willing to work in these places has all but dried up, hence they are now in the main staffed by 40 year olds. The ladies are seeing numbers of customers reduced hence to maintain their income they try and force rates up. Ive no evidence for this, its just what i see day to day.

I have only been to 3-4 of walk-in shops, a new direction for me as previous massages always booked with masseuse in private rooms/apartments.

I quite enjoy the uncertainty of not knowing exactly what is going to happen, but wanted to ask what the generally accepted extra fee is for HE? I was under the impression £20 was standard-ish? A couple of places quoted £20 straight away, but if other places I visit in the future start negotiating higher, I don't want to get mugged off (or encourage them to raise prices) by paying over the odds - say £30 as I did on this occasion!

£20 for HR was considered the standard, still is by most people i guess, but you find a lot of girls rail against that because they consider themselves better than standard. I dont mind paying £20, or £30 if they insist and they are giving a worthwhile service, but i certainly would not pay more than £30 for HR.

Which is true given that fewer customers means smaller number of tipping males (the shops pay them fuck all).  Recent negotiations have been strict.

I think the structure of HE=£20, B2B=£40, OW/FS=£60-£80 is still there in most TCMs but the haggling to these limits has got much tougher.
The biggest problem is the con of "pay me now" before the happy bit starts, after which the old lines of, " don't touch darling" , "you want all naked, you pay more" , "not my boobs Im ticklish" and "cum fast baby, your time soon up" all start rolling out.
And having parted with the dosh, a deflated cock and morale follow with no chance of a refund.
I get the feeling the young Chinese turning up are well briefed on getting the most for doing the least...
