After having another booking canceled on me yesterday, although with much better comms than with Jessica Jay, it made me realise how poor the comms were. This was organised on the last week in December and at the weekend of the that week. Including have a booking form sent over on AW (it was not confirmed as scheduled or confirmed on AW though, although at the time was shown up as read).
On the morning of the appointment(08:00ish) I sent a confirmation text.
Didn't have any response, so sent an AW message at 10:15 asking if I got the number correct, could see it was read at 10:45 and didn't get any response until below.
Then they did not respond until 16:00 (via text) saying they couldn't take any normal bookings at all for the duration of that week, that they could offer a bj appointment or to re-arrange instead. Now I wouldn't have been bothered as much if a response had been sent after the AW message has been read, but since it took 5 hours to respond, that really put me off. In a ideal world it would have been nice to have been advised the day before so I could try and arrange something else. Thought I would post this as an warning of an service provider with poor comms.
