Hi,

I am planning to save myself for 2 weeks before my next punt and just wonder if everyone does it too or you just empty yourself as you want and when go punt you are half empty already.

Depends on the type of punt really, if it is one that I've really been looking forward to, then around 2-3 weeks (currently in the process of saving now) But if its a short notice, hopeful punt then 5-8 days

I find that I can go 3-4 rounds if I wait 2-3 weeks so those 90 mins/2 hour punts with the RLFT are amazing!
