This review actually dates back to the Spring...I generally punt in the North West and I'm usually keen on very quick pump and dumps. I very rarely have any experiences which I've felt worth a review (Picadilly Selecta - it's a dump, I pumped, I dumped, very nice). I will be reviewing all punts from now on, but I thought I'd start with a retrospective from last Spring.

The TL;DR I had a great time so I can't rate this as anything other than "positive". But I strongly suspect I fell very lucky; I'll take my luck and I won't be hurrying back.

Venue etc

I was visiting London and decided to give a low cost party a punt.

You call a number in advance to book a place, BE WARNED that after doing so you'll receive endless spam text messages. Obviously be careful to use your punting phone or better still a burner sim that you're only going to use once.

On arrival to a townhouse in Camden Town, password given at the door(!) you're shown to the middle floor where you hand over your drinks for "safe keeping" by the guy who is presumably in charge. All night he had a right hand man alongside who I assume was some kind of bouncer.

Really, they were both fairly pleasant and polite with me, I suspect if you behave then you'll be ok. I wouldn't fuck around with either of them. I couldn't help feeling like a dodgy extra in a particularly grimey episode of Minder. I was half expecting Mr Chisolm to raid the place.

I've been to a few genuine swingers parties and whilst I was well aware this isn't one of them, I did expect something more like a party atmosphere. Actually the place was dead, a couple of gloomy looking blokes wandering around, and the owner kept telling me to get fucking quickly as "there'll be a massive queue of blokes later and you don't want to miss out". Boner killer.

So, to be clear there's pretty much no pretense that this is really any kind of a party, although they insisted that couples regularly show up (none did on this occasion and I'd be surprised if any genuine or sane couples ever appear. If they do it would be by accident and I doubt they'd stick around).

Ratios etc

Despite the dodgy geezer's dire warnings, actually very few blokes showed up all night. There was myself, one other guy about my age who I shared a beer with, one terrified but nice young lad who came, came and then went (I suspect a cherry pop, good for him) and a couple of cocky young twats who seemed to have (or they thought they had) some kind of personal relationship with the girls.

I think a couple of other blokes might have passed through but they didn't really register and I think one guy even got his money back because it wasn't for him.

So for most of the time, 4 guys to 3 girls. For this reason the night went brilliantly for me, but I have a sense that this isn't usual and grim queuing outside the rooms is more normal.

So on to the actual shags.

Round 1

I only get a chance to visit LSAP when my Mrs is away and then it depends on my work as well so haven't been for a while but everytime I return Mark is always very welcoming. The girls may be a bit hit and miss, and the guests also vary in number and attitude.
I can confirm that swingers often attend though at least in the parties I've been to. They usually seem to sit downstairs for a while then leave but there have been a few occasions where they'll go upstairs and let others join in. A Turkish bird was particularly memorable though I only gave her oral while others fucked her later.

As for Selecta I remember it well having been a regular 5 years or so ago...No Money No Honey!
Equally hit or miss but had some fun times there, particularly with Thai Joy and Brazillian Patricia (both probably long gone by now)

As your were reviewing a party you went to some months ago I hope you won't mind if I add some comments/corrections.

Firstly the fee is £80 per party and has been this for several years. However to encourage guys to come back they sometimes give out discount vouchers and offer a reduced fee from time to time via text.

The 'barman' who runs the parties is Mark a genial chap. He has in the past had other guys helping him these days he is usually on his own although friends may pop in for a chat. He has to be able to handle trouble but is not what I would call a bouncer. Yes, he will encourage you to go and play when it is quite as he may be expecting more guys to turn up and he does not want guys to be complaining they have not had any action with the girl they most want to play with.

As someone else has said the passwords sometimes cause confusion.

They do get couples at some of the parties, but more likely at the week ends. I can only go to mid-week parties but I have seen couples on several occasions and had the pleasure last year of fucking a young black girl who was prepared to play. As regular party goers know, couples can be very unpredictable. Some just want to watch or play by themselves, others get stuck in, but to get get a shot you usually have to have a chat with them not just steam in like you might with one of the party girls.

As regards the girls you met, I do not recognise  the name Deborah. However from your description it might possibly be the girl know as Asia at Phoenix and uses other names at other parties who is Brazilian but looks a bit like a Thai or Pino. However she does not do LSAPs now.

Alessandra aka Alexandra is still around and I had the pleasure of playing with her at another party a couple of weeks ago. She is not doing LSAP parties at the moment as she does not like the late night journeys home from Camden. But she may go back in the Summer.

Bia, bless her, worked at a number of parties last year ranging from the Coffee Mornings at the Spa right up to Phoenix. I had the pleasure of seeing her a few times, but unfortunately it seems she has gone back to Brazil.

Finally as regards a party atmosphere, I know it can sometimes be a bit dead. I try to make conversation with guys but often they are foreign or just do not want to talk. The best atmosphere is when you get a few regulars together who enjoy a chat. At the party I went to in December it was very quiet but then an old regular from Pam's who I last saw at the Retro in Walsall arrived and we had some banter together.

I missed going to these parties last year for several months but I am hoping to get to a few this year, so we might bump into each other.

I know from some of the girls who used to work at these parties that the organizers are telling them that they plan to open again.

When they have moved location before there has been a few months while they were closed but they kept the web site up.

I would love these parties to be back on the London scene as there are few providers of regular mid week parties these days.

However with the web site down and closed for more than 6 moths I am not confident they will be back this time.
