Since I was at a works function last night in Leeds. Afterwards I had a look over to Hollbeck RLD

Parked up at hotel car park entrance door card key straight to lift not one person about got through clean no issues

Thanks for the info. Been a long time since I've done the street scene. I Guess you can tell the tolerance zones and permitted times by the number of girls that are out? Any more hints on this?
