Okay, so here I am returning with feedback and it's a 2 for 1 deal! (Posting just my first review for now) 

I first went to see Rhiannon from External Link/Members Only

Comms - Perfect. Responded with everything I needed to know and in a timely manner.

Location - On a 'high street' with lots of shops and bus stops so did feel a bit exposed when going in but this is probably partially due to my inexperience with fbsm and the actual room is hidden away up several flights of stairs and down a corridor.
