I think there is a growing number of PSE who won't do OWO in truth, some won't even allow RO (Brooklyn Blue), whilst I find that a bit mad, the OWO thing is somewhat understandable if they have legit concerns over STI's or there are people in the industry who do not want to deal with girls who give OWO during escorting services, I guess you make the choice when you make the booking, if there was a PSE I really wanted to see and the only negative was her not offering OWO, I would probably still book, but then for me it's never been a deal breaker
