Further regulations applying the new year require :

banning of advertising contains terms AO
condoms required signs
registration of prostitutes
FKK to keep records of prostitutes
mandatory sexual health checkups for prostitutes

is this just german efficiency making the whole thing more regulated or is it a policy shift to cool the FKK scene ?
I think the record keeping may put girls off and may mean they end up paying tax ?

I throughly enjoyed my one and only FKK venue visit last month however although I'm planning two more visits during the first half of the year, I'm not going to finalise those plans just yet.

I intend to wait until mid/late January to see what the effect the new law has had if any.

Reading comments on other websites from people more experienced with FKK's than me there seems a lot of concern as to the negative effect it will have regards to an exodus of ladies.

I was at Magnum in Dusseldorf a few weeks back and each of the girls had to put their names down on some record of sessions. I asked one what the deal was with the list and got little to no answer. I also was at Goldentime on the same trip and they had signs where the only word I could make out was condom. Possibly again related to this.

I would imagine that regular punters at a club will continue getting owo, or once girls trust a punter to keep it discreet, girls know punters want owo, and they will want to provide it still, even though the nanny state wants to stop them.

Since the rule change in July I've had about 50/50. It's really not a deal breaker for me, but it's a nice to have.

There was a momentary tension in the air shortly after and some places were more careful during the summer, but what i've seen in my own eyes, things have calmed down a lot by now and everything seems to be as it was.

At least in those places that I go owo is widely available just the way it was before. I don't wanna give names here in the public to avoid problems for those who are giving customer-friendly service, but go figure.

This scene is going nowhere so don't panic.

The question arises over evidence for enforcement.

There will be places that the rules are aimed at that should be closed down but obtaining the evidence will be difficult for law enforcement.

However, it also opens opportunities for extortion and blackmail which with a little lateral thinking punters should make themselves aware of.

The NRW region must be more liberal.

Certainly in Berlin and Munich they are following the law. Most of the ads I have seen make it very clear that only covered services will be provided.

In Bavaria covered oral has been a state law for some years.

My thought too. IMO the FKK scene has suffered in recent years with an ever increasing flow of Romanian girls. Generally speaking their service is very limited in comparison to all other girls. The last time I visited Samya i had a girl try to clean my knob with a wet wipe and very closely inspect a small red mark I had on my inner thigh. Felt like I was getting ready for an op. Completely ruined the even for me and this isn’t unusual.

There was a time, probably more than ten years ago, that I was a very regular visitor. Now it’s not so often due mainly to the Romanians. Don’t get me wrong, some of them are truly stunning, but their service is poor in general. With the new legislation due, maybe my habits might change. Fingers crossed.

As I've stated before, love them or hate them, if it wasn't for the Romanian girls, many clubs would be closed, and it's not a given that every Rom punt is a robotic affair, I've had some very good punts with Rom girls in the past.

i think you'll still get OWO at a club but it will cost you more. At least this is my experience. Thus putting an average 30 min stint to around 100 euros. So, considering you can get OWO for as little as £60 here in the UK, the attractiveness of nipping over for a weekend of sin has become far less appealing.

I love FKK clubs, I like the choice, the feeling of being in a den of sin. But it is pricing itself out of my range as OWO is a deal breaker for me.

So, where is the next place to find good affordable sex clubs in Europe? I have a few days off after Christmas and need some ideas!

Yes some girls will of course try to up sell owo at 100€, but many had been doing this before the law, I know how tight fisted many German punters are, not sure about prices doubling.

Not being an expert on FKK's as my first visit to one was in November but I for one will be awaiting eagerly for some reports after 1st January to determine if future planned visits next year will be worth it.

I thoroughly enjoyed my November visit but if girl selection is greatly reduced & the price of services greatly increased I will have to reconsider my options.
