I always insist on a phone chat, it gives a good idea of the lass at the back of the emails.... no phone call and we're not getting off first base.
Comms with a newb must be stellar, any punter dangling and I'll not leave the sofa.
On the day confirmation texts must be exchanged.
Knock on the door and be fully prepared to walk if you don't think you're going to enjoy yourself.
You might want to put a link up too... a lot of new faces aren't new faces at all, just reinvented profiles and lasses.... you'll likely find that you're far from the first one.
