First visit to Organic Remedies on Baker Street the other day...

£45 for 60 mins...got shown down to a reasonable sized room with shower and ceiling grab rail.

I think it's the one I saw as well. I'd say mid 30s. Got b2b for 40 and found the service very mechanical and not very enthusiastic/good. The massage after was good though.
