It doesn't bother me its just not true. The most contact you get are from the maids. They're down to earth women and its a nice to change to be in a safe environment around like minded women. It can be lonely doing incalls alone in an apartment or hotel. I've also learned alot business-wise from these maids as they have been in the game for many years.

It only makes sense I would need to pay HOD as I am using their facilities and location while working there. Giving hundreds of your earnings everyday is tough but if you're new to the scene and need a regular income joining an agency part-time helps. And some SPs that solely work at HOD prefer it as it is safe and less work. As an indie its like running a small business, creating an aw, making a website, twitter, marketing/advertising yourself, touring, answering calls and emails, photos, blogging etc is all done by you. Some girls honestly cant be arsed and would rather pay someone to do that for them.

Its up to you if you want to believe me or not, I do not love HOD to death but I like my time there and have friends amongst the WGs and the maids. There are worse agencies out there.

Most agency owners make a killing, I'm not oblivious to this .. but as I said if you want a regular income as someone starting out in this business you need multiple streams of income. You have to bite the bullet for the time being to build up your reputation/reviews/experience and gain regulars. And this takes time. In that time you pay agency owners 30% as some money is better than no money.

And ps. I have a bsc in business studies..but degrees don't mean shit anyway these days

Now I can afford to, but before I couldn't. When I first started after the new-girl few weeks wore off .. I had 1 booking in 6 weeks.

I have nothing against escorts and a lot against pimps and agencies.

That said who ever gave you career advice should be shot as with a good BSc in Business and some experience most of us have contracts of 95K a year.

Yep, I've heard that number from other agency girls before (admiral, divas, etc) As a self-employed freelancer myself, I can understand the desire to pay someone to get you work, provide facilities, etc rather than having to do it all yourself.
