I have been going to Ping's Wellness Centre for quite a while. I never realised that it offered extra services until one day one of the girls offered it.
So, the place itself is just opposite Earl's Court tube. There are about 5-6 places like it within a minutes walk. It is quite nice inside, much bigger than you think. The quality of massage is also very high, some of the best I have had in London. £25 for 1/2 hour plus tips to the girl for extras.
The first time I was offered extras, I was anxious. There are large warning signs in the room. She laughed and said they all did it, so not to worry. She was a super hot Thai girl in her early 20's. She offered £30 HR, £40 topless or £60 body to body. I opted for £30.
I was super anxious and you can hear noise from the reception. However the rooms are really nice and the lights are lowered. No locks though. She delivered the service really well. I went back the following week and requested her, this time went for topless. She has massive fake breasts that were brilliant! Unfortunately she has since left.
I have returned and had the same service from another other girl who worked there, again she have now left. I have had another girl offer, but she really wan't my type so turned her down.
They are not pushy in any way, and I have been here a lot and only offered it a few times. I think if you make it obvious then you will get offered it more often.
It is fun, quite safe but £55 for HR is quite a lot. I also don't really like being in a shop, I would rather be in a private location where you know the deal from the start.
