accessing uk punting from us

In Europe I've had no trouble logging on but in us I get aessage about access denied - apparently because of trolls. How can I continue to access up punting once I get back to US?

I was in America recently, travelled from Chicago to Los Angeles and had absolutely no issues logging in to UKP while there.

Yes I block whole networks, at the moment 734 networks are blocked, which affects many millions of IPs.

But I can make per account exemptions to this blocking on request.
