My take on yesterday's histrionics.
PP120 you can't expect people to not push back at you when you dominate a thread like you do with your strong opinions and your punting know-it-all manner. Since you joined the thread in May, it feels to me like you've turned this into your own personal punting thread where you and your UKP pals you call 'bro' can chat like it's a boys own club whose hobby is whoring.
The problem I have is PP120 posts 10-15 times on each page, consistently gets into fights(occasionally with his pals), at times treating other members with disdain and disrespect. Calling members bitches, leeches etc isn't great viewing. For someone who is so conspicuous and opinionated on here you seem very thin skinned.
I've not seen another UKP member announce time and again that he is going to block a member for challenging his view. It's an open forum and we should expect to come across views that are different to ours, but that doesn't mean they should be dismissed out of hand or indeed shouted down.
I posted a couple of weeks ago that I have previous with PP120. That was then, this is now. I also don't punt as much as I used to, but does that mean I don't have a valid opinion? I see you called popmopcop a leech and a useless member but to me he has contributed 18 reviews in 3 years which seems pretty decent to me.
It's the baseless accusations, dismissals, histrionics and startling lack of awareness that I feel sorry for. The fact that you punt far more than the majority at excessive costs doesn't give you the right to act like such a prat.
