The managers make the pricing decisions, I think based on classifications along the lines of average to poor Roms who used to be £150, now £200, average to poor Russians £250, average Russians, new to the market or returners with reasonable history £300 to £500, good Russians who used to be £250 to £300 returning at £600, elite Russians who had previously been £300 to £600 returning at £750. Basically they are fucking chancers who are royally taking the piss in a market where there is a distinct lack of quality.
