We could do with a bit more information, please - what services did you get and a bit of detail about how they were delivered?
Eg did you have OW or OWO and what was the FK like - light or deep or non-existent?
How were the comms arranging the punt?

She does have a special offer of £50/£100 ATM - so much for her being adamant that she wasn't going to take part in Tontober and reduce her rates.

Going on past experience not sure that will last long and she'll be back to the rates she has been for some time.
